Note: I originally enabled Birthday Parties as well – but the birthday cake is not usable on a community lot. The above comments only apply when going on vacation from a community lot after holding the wedding party at the community lot. If the wedding party was held at home, feel free to use the honeymoon type vacation. So, while you could use a honeymoon…I’d strongly recommend using the normal “start vacation now” vacation after returning home from the wedding party instead. Things like aging up from Young Adult to Adult for the sim moving in also don’t occur until you first return to the home lot. I also don’t know what would happen if you drove to the party location – whether you’d drive back or would lose the car if you went on vacation from the community lot. While the van will pick you up from the community lot after the wedding party, when you return home after the vacation you just walk back without the van – which means you don’t get holiday bonuses, and it may not count towards the “travel 3” or “travel 5” times memories. Potential Issue: If you want to go on a honeymoon vacation, I’d recommend returning home with your new spouse first and booking a normal vacation. While it’s possible to have a group outing on a community lot and get married during the outing, by default it’s not possible to throw a wedding party (and get the wedding party memory) on one. To revert to normal behaviour, just delete the package from that folder. Install by placing in your “My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads” folder (or a subfolder inside the Downloads folder). Will probably conflict with any mod that changes the calculations for whether a day is a work day.
